Written in 2024, Weekend Escape is Green’s first short play. In this dark comedy, four very different friends try to organise a camping trip. But is there a darker reason for the sudden trip?

Weekend Escape won Best Short Play at the 2025 Nanango PlayFest, and was performed at Toowoomba’s Empire Theatre in 2026 as part of Queensland Fringe.
